Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to exit 70 south (County Road 111). Take County Road 111 to Sunrise Highway east (Route 27). Route 27 becomes Montauk Highway in Southampton at the last traffic light. Make a left turn at the traffic light. Take Montauk Highway to the Village of Bridgehampton. At the end of Bridgehampton Village, make a left at the war monument onto County Road 79 North (Sag Harbor Turnpike). Take the turnpike directly to Sag Harbor Village. At the end of Sag Harbor Village make a complete left around the flag pole, and a quick right onto Long Island Avenue. When the road forks stay to the right (West Water Street) We are two blocks down on the left, a 3 story colonial style building, facing the harbor.
